Founded in 2018, the company delivers three core services to residential and commercial clients across the Kitale town area: general on-site services covering property maintenance and operational support, a structured appointment-booking system for scheduled visits and recurring programmes, and a curated supply of maintenance and office-use products available for local delivery or collection. Our clients include homeowners, landlords managing rental units, small and medium enterprises in Kitale's central wards, and institutional clients such as schools and guesthouses in the broader Trans-Nzoia area. We serve clients within approximately 30 kilometres of Kitale town centre; for enquiries outside that radius, we assess feasibility on a case-by-case basis and are transparent when a job falls outside our practical operating range. We do not pretend to be everywhere — we concentrate on doing our work well in the area we know best, and we believe that deliberate focus is more valuable to clients than an inflated service map.

Our team of fourteen includes four trained supervisors who rotate across job types to maintain consistency rather than leaving quality to individual discretion. We source products from established Nairobi distributors and maintain a short, tested range rather than a broad catalogue that we cannot support properly. On the values side: we charge what we quoted, we tell you when something is outside our competence rather than attempting it anyway, and we do not take on more appointments in a week than we can service without cutting corners. Where results depend on external factors — for instance, where a plumbing issue turns out to require a licensed engineer, or where product supply from Nairobi is disrupted — we communicate that honestly and early, not after the fact. Pulselmint is not the right fit for clients seeking the cheapest possible price regardless of process, or for large construction and engineering scopes.
